South Dublin homes often need more than insulation boards and render. Bay windows, deep reveals, shared boundaries, service meters and narrow side access all affect how a whole-surface wrap is detailed. We review those items from your Eircode and exterior photos before preparing a written scope.
What you get in South Dublin
- Photo-first review of elevations, bay windows, side passages and boundary clearance
- Whole-surface specification with sills, reveals, vents and service details considered early
- SEAI contractor ID 17645 for eligible homeowner applications
- A written quotation before a survey is arranged
Local notes
From older semis to larger detached homes, the priority is a continuous, well-finished envelope without overlooking the practical details around entrances, meters and neighbouring properties. We identify access or condition issues before installation planning starts.
Send clear front, rear and side photos where accessible. They allow us to assess the likely wrap area, the existing finish and whether a site visit is needed before a final proposal.
The steps we follow for every wrap
This is the same operational sequence set out in our project roadmap, from feasibility through to the SEAI completion process.
You send the Eircode and exterior photos. We organise the property wall by wall, review visible features and decide what needs an on-site check.
Where a visit is needed, we confirm measurements, access and condition before setting out the system, finish, sills, ventilation, scaffolding and relevant upgrades.
The client reviews and accepts the agreed scope, specification, contract value, payment terms and estimated duration.
Where using the SEAI route, grant conditions are reviewed, the homeowner applies and accepts the offer before grant-supported work begins.
Scaffold is erected, walls are prepared, sills are replaced, insulation and mesh system are fitted, then the chosen finish is applied.
The BER and required declaration paperwork are completed for the grant file, followed by the homeowner grant claim.

South Dublin FAQ
Can you quote a South Dublin home from photos?
Yes. Start with your Eircode and clear exterior photos. We use them to review wall coverage, openings, access and likely detailing before arranging a visit where needed.
What do you check around a bay window or narrow side passage?
We check whether the wrap can remain continuous around reveals and openings, and whether scaffold and installation access are practical. Any issue is addressed in the written scope or at survey stage.
